1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing on the same business day.

Please double-check your complete delivery address (including flat number, house name, and full postcode) at checkout. We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses supplied during the order placement.
